This is the Support Center for clients of 'LubyG' / 'PAontheweb LLC', which oprerates multiple websites and directories in various states under the name 'LetUsBeYourGuide'. We are located in Elizabethtown, PA.
Every support request is assigned a unique ticket number that allows you to track the responses online. For your reference we provide a history of all your support requests. However, attachments are periodically deleted.
A valid email address is required. Your web address, username and password should be provided if known. If you have lost your username or password, most of our website systems are set up to re-set them using your email address as a verifier. This does not include your cpanel access which is highly regulated. All changes to cpanel and FTP access must go through level 3 administrators.
